Super Bowl Recipes!

I found a fantastic Recipe book at Krogers "Your Party's Winning Game Plan with Chef Guy Fieri"
With all these boys in the family, and being a sports family, the Super Bowl is a big weekend here! The best part of this Recipe Book is that it was FREE!!!
A few of my favorite recipes:

SMOKIN' CHIPOTLE BACON-ONION DIP

PREP TIME : 10 min. plus refrigerating MAKES: 18 servings 2 Tbsp. dip and 16 pieces each.

WHAT YOU NEED:

1 container  (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 env. (1oz.) onion soup mix
1/2 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely
6 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, crumbled, divided
1 canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (with 1 tsp. sauce), finely chipped
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
2 green onions, sliced
WHEAT THINS Original Snacks

MAKE IT

MIX sour cream and soup mix in medium bowl until well blended. Add cheese, 2/3 of the bacon, peppers, adobo sauce and paprika.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour.

TOP with remaining bacon and onions.

serve with WHEAT THINS.

SPECIAL EXTRA:

For more zip, add additional adobo sauce to the dip.

SUBSTITUTE:

Serve with WHEAT THINS Smoky BBQ Snacks

FOOD TIP:

To display your dip more colorfully, use a hollowed out green or red bell pepper or sourdough bread to serve it in.

TRISCUIT PULL-APART "PIZZA"

PREP TIME: 15 min. TOTAL TIME: 25 min. MAKES: 12 servings.

WHAT YOU NEED:

24 TRISCUIT Fire Roasted tomato& Olive Oil Crackers
1/3 cup PHILADELPHIA Savory Garlic cooking Creme
1 cup chopped cooked broccoli
1 plum tomato, chopped
1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
2-1/2 oz. Italian sausage, crumbled, cooked
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 fresh basil leaves, finely chipped
1 Tbsp. olive oil

MAKE IT

HEAT oven to 400degrees F
ARRANGE crackers in 4 rows of 6 crackers each on baking sheet, with edges of crackers touching to form solid rectangle: spread with cooking creme. Top with broccoli
COVER half the rectangle with tomatoes and mozzarella: cover remaining half with sausage and Parmesan.
BAKE 10 min. or until mozzarella is melted. Sprinkle basil over tomato-covered half; drizzle oil over remaining half. Serve warm.
SUBSTITUTE: Prepare using your favorite combinations of vegetables and cooked meats.
FOOD TIP: Consider letting your guests create personal pull-apart pizzas with the toppings they like, which they can pop in the oven on-demand.
